If you are working for success, then setup a goal first. All work we do has a motive. Ask yourself, What is your goal in life? Working and working casually or hardly will not get you to the place you wanted to be. It is just like keep going and going without having any objectives. Think about your life and plan it. Ask yourself, in the next 10 years what would be your status? What earning do you want to get in the next 10 years, what things you want to have in the future? What improvements do you want to do for yourself, family and household? If you setup a goal then you could achieve it. Set bigger goals in life. If you earn $1000 now, set a target to earn $10,000 or more to earn in the future. This target could be so tough for you, so try this: Try to earn $2000. When you reached your target, set a new target of earning $3000.

Big industries of today set a goal in their previous 5 or 10 years to be in the great status of today. If you want to do what others do and want to earn like other common man earn then you will hardly improve your earnings and status. Set a bigger goal and split it into different steps. If you set a goal of earning $10,000 a month then you will earn $10,000 or less but not more than it. If you set to earn $50,000 a month then you will be able to earn that. So it doesn't matters what kind of ability or skills you have, it matters what is your goal? If you setup a bigger goal, then your mind will tend you to do more work with more skillfully. Think like big industries. They rise to the top from this big goals. They hire people who have positive attitude and the ability of big thinking. They are paid a handsome salary just to think big for the companies. Your success depends on you and what goals you set. Try to think big and set bigger goals.

If you work for money it wont come to you but if you use money to hire some people, so that they will work & you will generate money. Look around at the world, many companies and industries are offering job for the most educated and the most talented people around us. People used to do that job and use their own unique talent to help grow the industry. Now you can see how the companies are making money by using money. If you do the same as the companies, you will be able to hire someone who is even more educated than you are. And he will respect you as his boss. If you manage to hire two people at the same time plus you work your own, then think about it that you are actually producing 3 times the number of your work that you did before when you were alone. The industry has got even new ideas to use money to work for them. Now they are not interested to hire someone and to pay them weekly or monthly. Now they are offering online to do their job, when you apply and do some work then they make your payment. You have noticed some make money online programmes. What is the distance between your home and office? May be 3 miles, and it could take 10-15 minutes to go there. But is it really 3 miles to your office? If you join only two distributors on your team and make them as a leader, you will have a great powerful team. Make them the Diamond Executive, and you would be the Crown Executive. If you keep complete focus on these two distributors, soon they will lead your entire team making you worry less for your team. You don't need thousands of people to make you earn royalty, you just need 2-3 leaders in your team. For making them as leaders, you have to be a leader. For doing this business, you have to make sure that the sales which are you making though the team is enough for your royalty. When you see your team has enough leaders who can lead your team in your absence, then you could retire from MLM. But the truth is, many people quit MLM after achieving some steps hopping that my rest of the team mates will continue their work. When you quit, the rest of your team gets lazy too. In MLM, the down line follows you. They will become just like you. So be a leader and make them as a leader too. Because your distance to success is not that far away.

Everybody in the world wants money. Yes, money is not everything, but everything in the world comes from money. People used to work very hard for their life to earn more money. Give your customers something more they have expected. It could be a free service or could be a nice conversation. People like to buy from the stores which gives them extra service and care. I saw many stores which have a lots of customers, dont give importance to a single customer. This results all of its customers go away to a different store. Once upon a time there was a quaint little village. It was a great place to live except for one problem. The village had no water unless it rained. To solve this problem once and for all, the village elders decided to choose and assigned two people to deliver water on a daily basis. They felt that a little competition would keep water prices low and insure a back up supply of water. The two people who are going to work are Sam and Paul.



Sam and Paul are immediately ran out to start their work. Each of them bought two galvanized steel buckets and begun running back and forth along the trail of the lake which was a mile away. They immediately began making money as they labored morning to dusk hauling water from the lake with their two buckets. They would empty them into large concrete holding tank the village had built. Each morning they had to get up before the rest of the village awoke up to make sure there was enough water for the village when it wanted it. It was hard work, but Sam was very happy to be making money.

For Paul even though he is earning a lot of money, he began to feel unhappy and tired. He started to think a way to get out of the rat race. Instead of competing Sam on working from Sunday to Saturday, morning to dusk, sometimes even night, he makes a plan. A plan to make pipe line from the lake going to the village so that the water will flow continuously anytime. Instead of hauling water the whole week, he reserved the two days (sometimes three days) to build his plan, which made Sam very happy since he had no competition on those days. He used some of his earnings to buy materials and used some of his time digging to accomplish his plan. He also invites Sam and some of his friends to help him build the pipeline but Sam were just laugh at him and his plan.

After years of hard works, Paul and his friends who believe on the pipeline finished the plan then later announced in the village that they can supply clean water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They also announced that they would charge 75% less than Sam’s service.

In order to compete, Sam immediately lowered his rates by 75%, bought two more buckets, added covers to his buckets and began hauling four buckets each trip. In order to provide better service, he hired his two sons to give him a hand for the night shift and on weekends.

Paul on the other hand, realized that if this village needed water then other villages must need water too. He rewrote his business plan and went off to sell his high speed, high volume, low cost and clean water delivery system to villages throughout the world. He only makes a penny per bucket of water delivered, but he delivers billions of buckets of water everyday. Regardless if he works or not, billions of people consume billions of buckets of water, and all that money pours into his bank account. Paul had developed a pipeline to deliver money to himself as well as water the villages.

Paul lived happily ever after and Sam worked hard for the rest of his life and had financial problems forever after. The end
